Experience

I have experience working in a psychological help center and providing training for single people wishing to enter a relationship. On a daily basis, I work at a psychiatric hospital, where I conduct individual and group therapy and sociotherapy.

Work Areas

I provide psychotherapy for adults. I work with people struggling with crisis, depression, relationship problems, including establishing and maintaining close relationships, and anxiety disorders (panic attacks, generalized anxiety, social phobia, obsessive-compulsive disorder). I provide psychotherapy for codependent patients and DDA. I support people overloaded with stress who find it difficult to cope with everyday life. I am also open to working with people focused on personal growth who want to know themselves better and strengthen their self-esteem.

Therapy Approach

In my work, I try to adapt methods to the needs and personality of the patient, so the integrative trend of psychotherapy is closest to me.

Education

I graduated from psychology at the University of Warsaw, while I received my diploma as a psychotherapist through training in the integrative trend. Out of my passion for psychology and desire for development, I participate in trainings in various psychotherapeutic directions. I subject my work to regular supervision.

Additional information

My professional interests include personality disorders, phobias, mood disorders, personal development, interpersonal relationships, and relationships.
