Experience
I gained my clinical experience through internships and placements in state hospital facilities for the treatment of mental disorders (continuing care, day care). I conduct sessions for individual clients and for couples.Work Areas
I am a psychologist, a systemic psychotherapist in advanced training and a psychodietician. In my psychotherapeutic work, I not only deal with the specific difficulties reported by my clients, but also look together with them at the systems and relationships (social, with themselves) in which they function. As a psychodietician, on the other hand, I work with people who want to permanently reduce their weight, change their eating habits, increase their level of self-acceptance and satisfaction with their body. Together with clients, we also work on their relationship with food if it is a source of discomfort and an obstacle to enjoying life to the fullest.Therapy Approach
I use the tools used in Systemic Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I am convinced that together, through an individual approach, we can work out optimal solutions tailored to the needs and life circumstances of the person we are working with.Education
I graduated with honours in Psychology with a clinical specialisation from SWPS University, Faculty of Psychology and Law in Poznan, where I currently teach students. I am trained as a psychotherapist at the Wielkopolska Association for Systemic Therapy (WTTS), where I completed the basic course and am currently a student of the advanced course. Also within the WTTS, I further my education using workshops and my own experiences. I work under supervision. I completed postgraduate studies in Psychodietetics at SWPS University.
