Work Areas
I specialize in working with mentally healthy individuals employed in corporate settings who face difficulties coping with excessive stress stemming from operating under the pressure of time, goals, expectations, and tasks. A large group of my clients consists of people who are undergoing or have completed treatment for depression, anxiety disorders, or burnout and who want to function in a way that consciously draws on their own inner resources. I provide support in building emotional resilience, activating agency, and fostering the courage to take action that leads to a fulfilling life grounded in personal values and needs.Education
