I have worked for over 20 years in the HR (People & Culture) field. I have held — and continue to hold — both managerial and expert roles in large Polish and international organizations (including Wirtualna Polska, CD Projekt RED, Alior Bank, MetLife, mBank, and General Electric). I also work as a lecturer and academic supervisor at the Warsaw University of Technology Business School. In my practice, I combine professional knowledge and experience with numerous courses and studies focused on individual work.Work Areas

In my work, I use both coaching and mentoring methods. My experience — as well as feedback from clients — shows that this is the best and most effective combination. It helps individuals step out of their comfort zone, and during times of change or development, it allows them to draw on proven methods and increase their confidence in making decisions.Education
