I am a clinical psychologist currently specializing in dietetics and nutrition. My clinical approaches of preference are cognitive behavioral therapy, neuropsychology, psychodynamic therapy and health at every size.
As a mental health professional, my mission is to guide you in your journey to improve your self-esteem, self-awareness and creating a healthy and well-adjusted relationship with yourself, your emotions and your environment: habits, intrapersonal and interpersonal relationships, your core-beliefs, your body image, and your relationship with food.
I will provide you with the proper tools and orientation to help you achieve balance throughout these axis, which in turn, will provide you with a holistic and well sustained lifestyle; that is my passion.
I value the time and effort of each and every person that approaches me to achieve these goals, thus, building a good and strong relationship with my patients is of paramount importance. During my therapy sessions my aim is to create a safe, loving and empathetic environment in which my patients can feel comfortable with me and with their progress.
