I am a clinical psychologist currently specializing in dietetics and nutrition. My clinical approaches of preference are cognitive behavioural, neuropsychology and psychodynamic therapy.
As a mental health professional, my mission is to guide you in your journey to improve your self-love and self-esteem by creating a healthy and well-adjusted relationship with yourself and your environment: habits, intrapersonal and interpersonal relationships, your core-beleifs, and your relationship with food. As a psychodietitian, I will provide you with the proper tools and orientation to help you achieve balance throughout these axis that will in turn provide you with a holistic lifestyle, that is my passion.
I value the time and effort of each and every person that approaches me to achieve these goals, thus, building a good and strong relationship with my patients is of paramount importance. During my therapy sessions my aim is to create a safe, loving and empathetic environment.
