I am a psychologist and I specialize in sports’ and business psychology. My work is based on the knowledge I gained during 5-year MA studies (Psychology), numerous training courses in sports psychology, and my own sports experiences. For several years I have represented Poland on the international arena. I constantly broad my knowledge and I’m constantly developing my skills. I believe that every situation that happens to us is a valuable life lesson and shapes who we are.
I help players, parents, coaches and people from the world of sport, consciously develop their potential, and support them in their preparation for sports competition. In my work, I use the concept of positive sport, which, in addition to sports development, also takes into account human development through sport and lifespan. I attend regularly to supervisions.
I graduated MA studies at the University of Lodz, a one-year program of the Academy of Sport Psychology, and an internship in the field of psychophysiology in sport at the University of Chieti (Italy).
I have over 10 years of experience in sport - first as a beach volleyball player and coach of amateur groups, and for over a year I have been working as a sports psychologist. So far, I have worked with over 10 sports disciplines, e.g. volleyball, football, handball, karate, figure skating and sports groups by conducting workshops and lectures.
Professionally, I am interested in the psychology of sport and high-performance (dance, music, film, e-sport, business).
