Experience
I am a psychologist and a guidance councellor, a psychoterapist in a process of five – year training in an integrative psychotherapy. I am mostly educated in systemic teraphy and Ericksons’ therapy, but I also got acquainted with understanding of human functioning in psychodynamic, cognitive – behavioral and humanistic perspective. I am trying to see my clients in a holistic view, taking into consideration their current situation, their lifestory and motivation. I do not make fast diagnosis, I follow my clients and I talk with them. I am curious about every story that my clients come to me with. In the dialoque, having lots of appreciation to the bravery of the person I work with, we create space for change that will allow them to have a mindful and valuable life. I lead an individual psychotherapy for adults and teenagers. My work is supervised individually and in a group. I’m a member of Polish Psychological Society. I have been helping people with their struggles from more than 15 years, I have gained my experience in Ognisko Wychowawcze im K. Lisieckiego „Dziadka”, at public and private schools. I had an internship in the psychological and pedagogical councelling center and the department of paediatrics. For the meeting I invite especially people who: - are going through crisis in their lives, - experience lots of tension connected with their everyday functioning, - are not satisfied with the flow of their lives, - often feel sad, angry, offended and would like to change it, - find that having troubles with self-care, results in putting others needs above themselves, - have low/unstable self-esteem, - have lots of uncertainty and anxiety, - would like to improve their well – being.Make an appointment
