Joanna Gutral - psychologist and certified cognitive-behavioral psychotherapist (PTTPB certificate no. 896), member of the Polish Association for Cognitive and Behavioral Therapy and the European Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Therapies, she subjects her work to regular supervision and team introspection. She graduated with honors from the Postgraduate School of Cognitive-Behavioral Psychotherapy at SWPS University (2016-2020), where she also earned a master's degree in psychology (2015).
She provides individual therapy to adults and young adults for mood disorders, anxiety disorders and selected personality disorders. In her work, she combines cognitive, behavioral and schema therapy techniques.
She is a doctoral student in the Department of Psychology at the Interdisciplinary Doctoral School at SWPS University in Warsaw, where she teaches. Her research interests include social and temporal comparisons. She also deals with the problem of stigmatization of mentally ill people, psychoeducation and promotion of mental health, which she realizes through the Healthy Head portal, of which she is a co-founder.
