Experience

I have been practicing individual psychotherapy since 2015. I currently run a private practice at my office on Świętokrzyska Street 30. Previously, I gained experience in various settings, including: a psychotherapy center in Warsaw, a crisis intervention center, a care and rehabilitation facility, the Day Psychiatric Unit at Wolski Hospital, the Socio-Psychiatric Rehabilitation Center in Zagórze near Warsaw, and the Women’s Rights Center.

Work Areas

I specialize in treating personality disorders, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and adjustment disorders. I offer support to individuals experiencing a crisis, facing challenging life circumstances, or struggling in their relationships with others. I also help those suffering from unexplained physical symptoms. Additionally, I support individuals who are interested in gaining a deeper understanding and awareness of themselves. My work is regularly supervised by certified supervisors.

Therapy Approach

Psychoanalytic therapy is based on the idea that uncovering what is unconscious allows for a deeper understanding of oneself, one’s difficulties and motivations, and supports making changes in relationships and life in a more conscious way. Before beginning therapy, I offer an initial consultation phase consisting of approximately 3–4 sessions. These meetings allow me to get to know the patient and understand the nature of their problems. The decision to begin therapy is made together. Over time, we build a relationship and create a space where the patient can freely express what feels important, difficult, or worth sharing. With my support, they can explore their feelings, thoughts, desires, and dreams. Every therapeutic process is unique and individual. Therefore, it is not possible to determine its duration in advance. Lasting change is a process that requires consistency and commitment, which is why regular sessions are essential.
